Founder Trustee of the LWM, a private initiative that became people’s institution. I have initiated the oral history project of the museum engaging young students and now have a collection of over 50 thousand eye witness accounts. I am the Director of the Center for the Study of Genocide and Justice of the museum. Working in support of the International Crimes Tribunal of Bangladesh. Established contact with genocide scholars and peace building institutions to foster knowledge and understanding.
