Susan Kendi is a journalist with experience reporting on international criminal justice and human rights. She currently works for Journalists for Justice (JFJ) as a journalist and editorial assistant. JFJ promotes informed and balanced public discourse on international criminal justice in the media and advocates for justice and reparations for victims of atrocity crimes. It has created online communication communities aimed at promoting justice for victims and preventing the recurrence of violence. Susan Kendi has reported on trials at the International Criminal Court (ICC), including the Ongwen, Ntaganda, Katanga and Al-Mahdi trials. Ms. Kendi is a member of the Media Council of Kenya and holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the Multimedia University of Kenya.
