Donald Deya is Chief Executive Officer of the Pan African Lawyers Union and Chair of the International Coalition for the Responsibility to Protect. Mr. Deya has extensive experience working within and utilizing international legal frameworks, particularly within the African Union, to promote and advocate for the advancement and implementation of the Responsibility to Protect and the prevention of atrocities. He is experienced in linking justice mechanisms for political and legal accountability the prevention of atrocities.
