Ali Ouattara has been the Regional Focal Point for Francophone Africa since 2017. He has over 30 years of experience in human rights and international humanitarian law and is the founder and President of the Ivorian Coalition for the International Criminal Court since 2007. Prior to founding the National Coalition, Mr. Ouattara was the President of Amnesty International Côte d’Ivoire from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Ouattara holds a Masters degree in English Language and Literature, a Masters degree and Trainer’s Certificate in International Justice and Human Rights, and a Bachelors degree in modern languages.
