Mr
Frank Okyere Osei is a Senior Research Associate and Training Instructor at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre. He has years of practical experience and extensive knowledge on African peace and security issues, and has contributed to several international policy dialogues and conferences. Mr. Osei has consulted for the United Nations and other international organizations on atrocity prevention and local peacebuilding. He holds a Master’s degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS, University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana. He is a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow and has published policy briefs, journal articles and book chapters on the responsibility to protect, peacebuilding, state-building and infrastructures for peace in Africa.
